Happy New Year everyone…. If you had a chance to walk down Laurel this Holiday Season you would have seen the great window displays. Each year the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce sponsors a holiday window decorating contest for downtown retailers. This year the judges gave awards in 5 categories.
