Relay for Life in Belmont and San Carlos

The Relay For Life of San Carlos/Belmont takes place on July 14-15 at Carlmont High School. Over the 24 hours of the event, teams of people (of all ages) will gather at Carlmont High School and take turns walking or running laps. Each team tries to keep at least one team member on the track at all times. The event starts at 10 a.m. on July 14 and ends at 10 a.m. on July 15, with team members signing up to walk for an hour or for all of it.

Over a $100 in cash was sent via several envelopes as donations for the relay for life, team shannon. Donations were sent to relay for life San Carlos/Belmont. None of the cash donations were recorded for our team. Cash was sent with the printed forms from the internet listing team Shannon and my name. Please explain the discrepancy.
I do not run the event, so I am not sure what happened to your recording. You might want to go to the person in charge of the event. The even is in July….
