Bring a blanket and come ready to enjoy the performances by Central Middle School Jazz Band, Tierra Linda Middle School Jazz Band, San Carlos Children’s Theater and the SCSD Music Students in Grades 1–4. Arrive early to get a good spot!

Bike to Work Day!

The San Francisco Bay Area’s 15th Annual Bike to Work Day will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2009. Bike to Work Day is the premier bicycling event taking place in all of Northern California with all nine Bay Area counties participating in the celebration. The event is just one day of many events taking place in May as part of National Bike Month. Our area is also celebrating this special day.

It looks like our time is here for our fabulous “Farmer’s Market” every Thurday Night from May 27 thru Sept. 10…. All evenings are fromm 4-8, however if you want a table at an outside restaurant it is best to get there early and get your spot reserved so you have
Musical Entertainment in the The Downtown Park. A different musical group will be featured each week.
In addition to certified produce and specialty food items, there will be musical entertainment and walk-away food. Stores will be open throughout the entire downtown area for your strolling and enjoyment. Bring the whole family and make it a special event for your family.
For Merchants at the Market Program: Each week, 4 local businesses will be featured at the Market, one or two retail establishments, one or two service establishments and one a non-profit. Call the Chamber at 650/593-1068 or click here to download form.
